Zonal Round Highlights

NORTH ZONAL ROUND
From the snow-lined borders to the heart of the plains, 99 students from 26 schools brought the North alive with STEM brilliance at NSC. Models built in remote towns and underserved districts reflected not just innovation, but a hunger to solve problems that matter. From climate challenges to community-based solutions, each project echoed NSC’s spirit of purpose-driven innovation. These young changemakers proved that with curiosity and courage, even the toughest problems can spark powerful ideas.
EAST ZONAL ROUND
The students here showed that it's not about how many, it’s about how powerful. 27 students from 9 schools brought sharp ideas, technical skill, and fierce focus, turning the zonal round into a showcase of innovation. Their models addressed local issues with practical solutions, proving that impact is driven by intent. With every circuit wired and prototype tested, they showed that excellence thrives where passion meets purpose.
CENTRAL ZONAL ROUND
From the heart of India, 86 students from 24 schools stepped forward with unstoppable energy. Each model reflected the realities of rural and semi-urban India, turning lived experience into smart, practical STEM innovations. They tackled everything from water scarcity to waste management, drawing inspiration from their own communities. With every display, they proved that grassroots challenges can spark ground-breaking solutions.
SOUTH ZONAL ROUND
Sharp thinking. Grounded purpose. Future-ready ideas. Students from across southern states brought high-impact STEM solutions with thoughtful execution and confident presentation, setting new benchmarks for quality and clarity. Their projects seamlessly blended tradition with technology, addressing region-specific challenges with creativity and depth. With every prototype and pitch, they showed that the South isn’t just participating in the STEM movement—it’s leading it.
WEST ZONAL ROUND
The West Zone was a powerhouse—121 students from 38 schools filled the zonal stage with bold thinking and breakthrough models. Their work reflected diversity, depth, and design, proving that when opportunity meets creativity, there are no limits.
