About the Role and Responsibilities The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for drafting proposals based on client and business requirements and providing ongoing support to the sales team. The role involves cold calling to reach out to potential clients and generating leads through various channels. The executive will communicate with high-end corporate clients via calls and emails to explore business opportunities. They will also be in charge of creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of current and potential clients, as well as researching and qualifying new leads to identify viable prospects. Additionally, the role includes handling necessary documentation and assisting the Business Development team with meeting preparations and follow-ups. Qualifications Selection Criteria The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong creative thinking abilities. They must have the patience and capability to interact effectively with customers through verbal communication. A good sales acumen is essential, as is the ability to handle rejection and manage stress while reaching out to potential clients. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.
