Welcome to the Mini Science Centre
STEM Learning has been at the forefront of transforming education in India. Our mission is to create a world where every child has the opportunity to learn and grow through Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. Our Mini Science Centre is a living testament to this mission.
The Mini Science Centre is designed to provide children with a unique, immersive learning experience. Our exhibits promote an engaging hands-on approach, allowing students to understand the fundamental principles of STEM through play and exploration.
STEM Learning is a pioneer in promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in India. We endeavour to make learning a practical and enjoyable processfor students ofall ages.
Our Tinkering Labs embody our commitment to providing an innovative and experiential learning environment. These labs are specially designed spaces where students can create, experiment, and learn in a hands-on manner. We inspire students to transform their imaginative ideas into reality, thereby fostering critical thinking and problemÂsolving skills.
“Observing the Universe, Enriching Knowledge„
Student astronomy labs are valuable components of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education, providing students with practical skills and an appreciation for the wonders of the universe. They cater to students of different ages and levels, from elementary school to advanced university courses.
“Bridging gaps in education with experiential learning„
STEM Learning, a pioneering force in promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in India, strives to make learning interactive, practical, and enjoyable for students. Our initiative, Building as Learning Aid (BALA), is an innovative concept that reimagines physical spaces as immersive learning aids.
The BALA concept is based on the principle of using the school’s physical environment to facilitate active, experiential learning. It includes the creative use of school buildings, walls, classrooms, outdoor spaces and everyday objects to incorporate learning elements. This can be in the form of educational murals, interactive models, learning corners, themed classrooms, and much more.
By transforming the learning environment, BALA makes abstract concepts tangible, sparking curiosity, enhancing understanding and making learning a fun and engaging process.
Hosted by Brillio’s CSR in India and STEM Learning, concluded successfully in Pune, Maharashtra, on September 9, 2023. This event highlighted the vital role of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) in shaping the future, uniting knowledge, creativity, and innovation.
With more than 2,500 students from 20+ states participating enthusiastically, including 130 finalists showcasing talents in model-making, tinkering, STEM activities, and presentations, the event underscored its national significance and capacity to attract diverse young minds.
The National STEM Program (NSP) is India’s foremost STEM education platform for government and government-aided students in grades 6 to 10, fostering curiosity and enhancing math and science skills.
NSP was launched in 2019, PAN India and is held annually. It is an 8 to 9-month activity involving various stages – Cluster, Zonal and regional-level competitions. Notably, it was featured in the UNESCO report of 202l-22.
STEM Learning is proud to announce the National STEM Challenge 2023-24, renewing their commitment to nurturing STEM education in India, aiming to ignite curiosity and innovation in young minds for another year of groundbreaking discoveries.
