    About Us


    We are a social enterprise aimed to facilitate and integrate the partnerships from several stakeholders (public sector, government bodies, private sector, non-profit sector, private schools and philanthropists) in education sector. The key community whom we cater to are school children who need to be ingrained with the basic concepts of STEM.

    Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) are at the heart of technological revolution which is transforming the way we live and work. It is our belief that integrating STEM in the education sector results in developing curiosity, inquisitiveness, critical-thinking, problem-solving capacities, imagination, questioning and exploration skills among learners. This leads to innovation, designing and making, testing and modifying solutions of complex problems.

    Therefore, it is our aim to lessen the gap between contextual and rote based learning, and replace it with a practical approach, which will equip children with the skills and knowledge needed to get lucrative opportunities in their fields of interest.

    STEM Learning: Highlights of transformation of STEM education in the last 9 Years

    Mini Science Centre

    Mini Science Centre (MSC) helps in teaching science and maths to school children in a simpler way. It is innovative and interactive with a hands-on approach to facilitate the learning process.

    MSC consists of 80 Science and Maths models. As the models are plug & play, students can understand the concepts by observing them, thus igniting curiosity resulting in engagement. The models are mapped with the syllabus of the state, CBSE, ICSE, and all state board. The ownership of the MSC is transferred to the school once the set-up is done.

    STEM Learning’s offering ‘Tinker Lab’ aims to prepare students for tech heavy future

    Tinker Lab

    STEM Tinker Lab have been made to develop sustainable modern skill sets amongst underprivileged children by providing them with access to multiple technologies and enabling them to build/make new solutions to solve the challenges present in the society.

    The objective of this CSR initiative in education is to build curiosity, creativity, and imagination in young minds and to develop skills like Design Mind Set, Computational Thinking, Adaptive Learning, Physical Computing etc. This helps immensely because the global scenario of future work skills is increasingly being considered as an important skill set for creating new avenues, providing solutions to global problems, and leading the global economy towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

    Employee Engagement

    Employee Engagement & Corporate Volunteering is an important and integral part of the entire Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) process in education, which helps to build and strengthen a strong relationship between the underserved students and corporates.

    STEM Learning provides customised Volunteer & Employment Engagement programs to employees so that they can not only relive their childhood, but also assist in educating for a brighter tomorrow.

    The objective is to build positive relationships by inspiring employees to make a social connect.

    We have worked with more than 20 PSUs, some of them being ONGC, IOCL, Gail, RCF, AAI, MGL, Assam Gas, AAI, IRCTC, etc.

    We believe in igniting scientific temper of students, especially those who are under-served. With PSUs support, we have reached the farthest corners of the country. It is our objective that these under-served students should also get a similar quality education that their peers are getting across the nation.
